Everything you need to know before you order

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your item to be crafted before shipping. During busy seasons (holidays, drops), processing times may be slightly longer.

We'll send you a confirmation email when your order is placed and another notification when your item ships with tracking information.

Shipping costs vary depending on item size and weight. Exact shipping will be calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the initial shipping notification.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation, but we'll do our best to help.

Return Policy

Because every item is handmade with care, we have a limited return policy. We want you to love your purchase, so please read carefully before ordering.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • Items that are significantly different from what was described or pictured

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Custom or made-to-order items (these are final sale)
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery date
  • Change-of-mind returns (color, size preference, etc.)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies for a return, you'll receive a store credit or refund (minus original shipping costs). You're then welcome to place a new order.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom & Commission Work

I love bringing your ideas to life! Custom orders are available for crochet pieces and tufted rugs. Here's how the process works:

    Reach out — Send me a DM on Instagram with your idea, preferred colors, and any reference images.
  2. 2
    Get a quote — I'll provide a price estimate and timeline based on the complexity of your request.
  3. 3
    Confirm & pay deposit — A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your custom piece.
  4. 4
    Creation & updates — I'll keep you updated with progress photos throughout the process.
  5. 5
    Final payment & shipping — The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Important Notes on Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Cancellations after work has started will forfeit the deposit

Because every handmade piece is unique, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and part of what makes each creation special.
